Service Description

This class is designed for the adult who has taken Ballet Foundations or its equivalent, and is looking to advance to the next level in their training. Students with prior ballet experience who are returning to ballet are also welcome. Classical foundations in ballet will build on prior training, and will incorporate intermediate level combinations, turns, petit allegro and grand allegro. Great for strengthening, stretching, balance, and expression. Required footwear: ballet flats, demi-pointe, or pointe shoes.
